Our Process

  • The foundation for all successful projects. It all starts with that first conversation to outline the goals of the client, the process of the build, and the expectations for all parties involved.

    All projects create unique challenges. The more involved we can be at the onset of the project, the more we can solve these problems prior to the work starting. We partner with the design team, and work hand and hand with you to craft the plans and discuss budget and schedule implications of all choices. We organize the orders and onboard your project to our software to ensure no order is missed, no detail is lost, and no decision is left to the last minute.

  • We strive to create an enjoyable process during the build through consistent communication, transparent billing, and extreme organization of orders and subcontractors to maintain the schedule.

    We invoice weekly to keep everyone aware of the budget, we maintain a schedule which is available in real time to our clients, and we hire and employ personnel who care and honor their crafts, whether they are a plumber, project manager, or laborer.

  • We don’t leave until every detail is perfected. We provide a job book providing key details of your project, and we stand behind our work. We build lasting relationships through our dedication to your home.
