Scott Rossi, Founder

Bespoke Companies founder and CEO Scott Rossi grew up in construction, learning his craft from his father, who owned his own business and taught Scott the merits of hard work and integrity. After college, Scott devoted himself to learning the trades, first by working summers cleaning oil burners at his father’s HVAC company and later working his way up to managing the entire operations for a New England–based custom home and renovation company, where he coordinated projects of all sizes. When clients began seeking him out as a consultant, Scott knew it was time to pursue a long-held dream: to launch his own business.

With Bespoke, he puts into daily practice everything he’s learned over the years. From working in a family-run business, he understands that it’s critical to treat people fairly and equally. From his hands-on work in the field, he developed an intimate knowledge of process and technique that guides who he hires and how he approaches a project. And in managing dozens of projects at once, he acquired the operational efficiency needed to provide a seamless customer experience. Building on this foundation, Scott established a company that is as supportive and respectful of its employees as it is of its clients. Under his leadership, Bespoke Companies delivers more than it promises, and never promises what it cannot deliver.
